Did you already get your hands on that Razer Blade? Looks nice from the pictures although I'd prefer a slimmer bezelwould be interesting if the build quality is comparable to a MacBook. I've never tried hackintosh'ing with a laptop.

Looks replaceable though and it is cheaper than buying a MacBook Pro with similar build quality, better specs and more ports. What is the support for killer wireless? I'm pretty sure it is Broadcom chips.

Assuming it has replaceable WiFi, might be worth a try Keep in mind the latest laptops have I2C trackpads, which are not well supported drivers are an early WIP and need a lot of work. What I'm suggesting is to use Clover patching capabilities to patch the binary on the go, so that you would not have to anything after an update. Your current guide still implicates, that you need to replace the original kext files with the modified ones. I completed all of this and when I rebooted, the only changes I see is that now in About this Mac it says Intel Graphics rather than a generic video card.
